Sikat Sining (or Rising Art) was an extracurricular Art Program for students at the Muntinlupa National High School Annex (MNHSA), which ran from 2010-2013.

It originated as a project of Creative Kids Inc. in collaboration with Zonta Club of Alabang, to come up with extracurricular activities for talented teenage students in the MNHSA. The project was eventually continued and developed further by the Tukod Foundation, with the help and support of US Ambassador Harry K. Thomas.

The Sikat Sining program included regular Saturday art classes, as well as sessions with guest speakers and performers such as Joey Ayala and Gary Valenciano. It touched on topics such as self-image, identity, the rights of the child, and other relevant issues, all designed to enable teenagers to recognize their unique gifts and empower themselves through art.
